Photo 23 Mar I had a really fun time last night at Niso’s house. Both him and Henke made some traditional Swedish meatballs with a dense gravy and mashed potatoes, and served lingonsylt on the side. Delicious!!! It was nice to finally spend a full day with the boys and get out to see some of the world outside our studio. Hopefully we’ll have another sunny day today while we hit the streets of Malmö. I’m really looking forward to making the efr family some food tonight. I’ll be making my (currently) favorite dish, Buta no Kakuni.
